- Shorefast: Strategic advisor on narrative architecture, resolving the complexity of a multi-entity ecosystem—unifying luxury business (Fogo Island Inn), charitable programming, and national knowledge-sharing into a single, coherent vision that bridges local origin with national impact.
- Leadership Advisory & Coaching: Partner with individual leaders and senior teams to navigate high-stakes transitions and career evolution, integrating somatic and trauma-informed coaching to build the self-awareness and resilience required to lead complex systems and align personal vision with organizational impact.
SHOREFAST | 2019–2024
- Strategic partner to Founder & CEO on institutional positioning, thought leadership, and program design for transformational funding. Built fundraising operation from ground up, growing annual operating revenue from under $2M to over $6M and securing the organization's first multi-million-dollar gift. Established impact measurement and organizational accountability systems. Transitioned to external strategic advisor in 2025.

- Led Philanthropy team at one of North America's largest art museums (operating budget $60M+). Managed portfolio of 40 highest-potential donors including trustees and $1M+ leadership donors. Contributed to Transformation AGO (Canada's largest cultural capital campaign at the time), established mature major gifts program, and launched AGO Next (a leading young patrons program).
